Have you ever found yourself thinking you could alter the course of events of a particular situation and you actually see things happening in your line of thoughts? That is the power of mind control.
For most people who believe in God and some religious fanatics especially, they refer to it as “faith”. As a Christian faith is an essential part of my life and I practice it most of the time.
I wonder if the power of mind control means same thing as faith even as I write but then I’m focusing on mind control.
As defined by Wikipedia, Mind control; also known as brainwashing, thought control, re-education, thought reform, coercive persuassion, is a theoretical indoctrination process which results in “an impairment of autonomy, an inability to think independently, and a disruption of beliefs and affiliations. In this context, brainwashing refers to the involuntary reeducation of basic beliefs and values”.
Mind control happens everyday of our lives even in the simplest of things but most people don’t recognize it. Sometimes all it takes is a gaze to control someone’s mind. If you can control someone’s mind at any point, you can control their decision as well.
Every situation has a mind of its own, I see situations as I see humans, with a mind of its own. If you can control the mind of a situation, you can alter the course of events of that situation. For every game of cards I have played, I learned that the secret to your winning most of the time lies in your ability to master the art of mind control.
There is this sweet underlying evil about controlling someone’s mind that it’s almost like a force, hypnosis. It’s the most non-violent, non-vocal persuassive power you could ever possess as a human being. I try to believe sometimes that the most influential people have mastered the art of mind control so well.
I believe most parents use mind control on their children, lol. If not, why will a grown-up still be scared of a parent’s slap or beatings? Put what my Bible says about children and their parents aside of course, hehe.
Sometimes, I prefer mind control to falling in love. In fact, mind control is the new “Eros”. As silly as it might sound, any other love that is not “Agape” is just one of the many ways of mind control. Logically your mind controls every other action of yours that is why when someone has performed that hypnotic abracadabra on you, you think you are “in love”.
Learning to control my mind and sometimes that of others is one of my greatest achievements as a humanbeing. A great man once said;
“The greatest force is derived from the power of thought. The finer the element, the more powerful it is. The silent power of thought influences people even at a distance, because mind is one as well as many. The universe is a cobweb; minds are spiders“.
